The Dodgers did not have a good start of the series as they lost the first game with a score of 6-0. However, this is a strong team and they were to bounce back with a solid 5-0 win in the second game. Also, they showed some great play as Joc Pederson scored two homers which took his total to 12 so far this season.
The Dodgers are playing well this season and their record so far stands at 26-15. Therefore, this is the best record in the MLB and they also have a 3 game lead over the rival Diamondbacks in the NLW.
On the offensive side of the game, the Dodgers score an average of 5.34 runs per game. Also, they have 66 homers so far this season. Therefore, this record is enough for the 4th spot in the league in scoring.
On the mound, they have been solid as they come in ranked 7th in the league in ERA at 3.78.
Prediction
The Nations are not consistent enough this season and that can be seen through their results. On the other side, the Dodgers are a strong offensive team and they have been consistent. Also, they have the best record so far and I can’t see them dropping another game against Washington. Therefore, take the Dodgers in this one.
