The MLB is back in action today as the Houston Astros will clash with the New York Yankees.
This will be the 2nd game of their 4 game series.
Houston Astros Form
Houston Astros are an interesting team this season. However, they lost the first game of this series with a score of 6-10. Moreover, this team is not playing well lately as they lost 6 of their last 10 games. Therefore, they need to improve in order to end this losing streak. Yet, it will not be easy as the Yankees mean business this season.
Also, their injury crisis is not helping at the moment as they are missing some key players from their roster. George Springer and Max Stassi are the most notable names missing.
New York Yankees Form
The Yankees are a good team. Moreover, it seems that they are finally in a good form. This can be seen as they have won now 8 of their last 11 games in the MLB. New York has outscored its opponents by 89 runs this season and has a 25-13 record at Yankee Stadium.
Also, this team has some players that are in the peak of their form. For example, Gary Sanchez and DJ LeMahieu are two of the most important on the Yankees roster this season.
Furthermore, they might have Aaron Judge back in the team tomorrow as he is getting close to getting back from his injury.
Prediction
The Astros have a potential to improve and that will happen sooner or later. However, they are not at the needed level at the moment. Moreover, they have not shown good sings in the recent defeat against the Yankees.
On the other side, New York is starting to look like the team from previous seasons. They are on a good run and I expect another win for them in this game.
